Delivery area and timing
We deliver throughout North Central Florida. Most stocked items in Gainesville are delivered the next business day; surrounding counties within 1–3 business days.
Delivery fees
Fees depend on distance, weight and equipment required and are shown on your quote before you order.
Inspection
Please inspect materials at delivery and note any damage or shortage on the delivery ticket, or notify us within 48 hours.
Returns
Unused stocked items in original, resellable condition may be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase. A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns not caused by our error. Special-order, cut-to-length and mixed products are non-returnable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received.
