Do you sell to homeowners or only contractors?
Both. Homeowners are welcome to order for delivery or will-call pickup.
How do I get a quote?
Use the quote form on our contact page, email [email protected], or call (562) 738-5993. Most quotes are returned the same business day.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout Alachua County and 11 surrounding counties in North Central Florida.
Are your products Florida Building Code compliant?
We stock products intended for Florida construction, including hurricane-rated connectors. Final code compliance depends on your design and local inspector, so always confirm with your permit plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, ACH transfer, and checks for approved accounts. Qualified businesses can apply for net-30 terms.
Can I return unused materials?
Yes, unused stocked items in resellable condition can be returned within 30 days. See our Delivery & Returns policy for details.
Do you offer special orders?
Yes. We can source non-stocked items such as specific engineered lumber, windows or specialty roofing. Special orders may be non-returnable.
What are your hours?
Monday–Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Eastern.
